Job Details:- Staff Selection Commission (SSC), invites applications for the vacancy of Senior Technical Assistant and Handicrafts Promotion Officer.

1- Senior Technical Assistant

Qualification:- Master’s Degree in Geophysics or Applied Geophysics from a recognized University or equivalent.Experience:- Two years’ experience in Geophysical investigations related to Ground Water Exploration.Age Limit:- Not exceeding 30 years.No. of Vacancy:- 1

2- Handicrafts Promotion Officer

Qualification:- Master’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or equivalent.Experience:- Two years experience in the field of Handicrafts, Cottage Industry and Small Scale Industry.Age Limit:- Not exceeding 30 years.No. of Vacancy:- 8

3- Junior Engineer

Qualification:- Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized Board or Institute or equivalent.Experience:- Two years experience in survey and designs.Age Limit:- Not exceeding 30 years.No. of Vacancy:- 1

Selection Process:- Candidates fulfilling, the minimum prescribed qualifications will be shorlisted on the basis of their educational qualifications, academic records, percentage of marks etc, or through a screening test at the discretion of the Commission. Candidates, thus, selected may be required to undergo a written proficiency test wherever applicable/required or considered necessary by the Commission at its discretion.
